How can I regenerate a student's password?

For classes that have been set up to use individual Student Logins, the student passwords can only be regenerated by a Class Builder Administrator.

If you are a Class Builder Administrator, log in to your Firefly Online account and open Class Builder. Select the Students tab, locate the student whose password you want to regenerate and click Edit. On the student’s information page, tick the Regenerate Password box and select Save.

If you are a teacher, contact your school’s Class Builder Administrator (usually your curriculum leader or business administrator). Once the password has been regenerated, the password will appear within the My Classroom area of the relevant program. From My Classroom, you can print off a new student login card for your student.
