My school has a school licence, but the products aren't appearing in my account – how can I get access to the products?

You’ll need to check your details have been entered correctly by your school’s Class Builder Administrator (usually your curriculum leader). If your details are incorrect, have your Class Builder Administrator remove the current details and add in your correct details. If your details are correct, you should have been sent an email notifying you that you’ve been granted access to the programs. It’s possible that you have two Firefly Online accounts under different email addresses. Ensure you are logging in with the exact email address that your Class Builder Administrator has allocated programs against.
