After seeking a way to boost productivity and offer employees a better work-life balance, Firefly Education has proudly adopted a 4-day work week (4DWW).
All members of staff have jumped on board enthusiastically and together we have devised and implemented efficiencies to ensure we are able to maintain 100% of our productivity in fewer hours.
The new operating hours at Head Office are:
Our team of Education Consultants will also operate a 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday (with start and finish times in line with their local area).
Our schools, customers and booksellers remain our top priority and we will continue to provide timely assistance and support.
For any product-related questions, PD workshop requests, product orders or general enquiries that come through after 5 pm Thursday, we will respond as soon as possible from Monday.

In the unlikely event our online platform is temporarily down, we have protocols in place to ensure it’s up and running again in no time.
As an innovative and collaborative company, we have always ensured our people are at the heart of what we do and this ground-up initiative is a testament to that.
