This free virtual workshop will introduce you to BitMaths, a digital maths resource for Years 7 and 8. In this introductory workshop, we will work with you to:

• unpack the unique teaching and learning resources in BitMaths
• demonstrate effective problem-solving and reasoning instruction
• see how the BitMaths Reasoning Wizard will help improve your students’ reasoning skills through scaffolded learning
• discuss the benefits of a digital platform including differentiation, automatic marking, real-time activity tracking, data collation and other classroom management tools.

This workshop runs for about one hour. You’ll also receive a PD certificate of participation.
