This free virtual workshop will introduce you to Maths Trek and demonstrate how Maths Trek will work for your school. It will also give you the confidence to begin teaching with Maths Trek.

In this introductory workshop, we will help you to:

• explore the structure of Maths Trek and the resources available to support explicit teaching
• understand how Maths Trek uses a gradual release approach to support learners
• investigate how Maths Trek uses real-world contexts to develop students’ mathematical understanding, fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• discover all the features of Maths Trek that make it an ideal whole-school numeracy program.

This workshop runs for about one hour, and you’ll receive a PD certificate of participation.
