My school has a school licence, but the products aren't appearing in my account – how can I get access to the products?

The Class Builder Administrator at your school (usually your curriculum leader) is responsible for setting up teachers, students and classes with access to products.

Make sure the Class Builder Administrator has entered your correct email address when they added you to the school’s licence. If your details were entered incorrectly in Class Builder, have your Class Builder Administrator remove the incorrect details and add in your correct details. If your details are correct, you should have been sent an email notifying you that you’ve been granted access to the products.

It’s possible that you have two Firefly Online accounts under different email addresses. Ensure you are logging in with the exact email address that your Class Builder Administrator used to allocate classes and products.
