I'm a home-schooler – can I use Sound Waves Decodable Readers?

Sound Waves Literacy

Yes, of course you can! Choose either the Support, Core or Extended set of books.

After introducing the focus phoneme–grapheme relationship, your child can apply this new knowledge and read the associated Sound Waves Decodable Reader.

These beautiful books have been creatively written to frequently include the focus phoneme-grapheme relationship, which pairs perfectly with Sound Waves Literacy’s systematic synthetic phonics sequence. Use the Scope and Sequence document to see how graphemes are introduced in Sound Waves.

When supporting your children during reading, refer to the instructions we’ve included on the final page of each Decodable Reader.
